Welcome to Jawastore, formerly known as Not Only Tote Bags, same passion, new name! We’re a small family business powered by an oversized love for cinema, an eye for design, and a whole lot of geek pride.
But we’re not just film fans! we’re also proud, active members of the 501st Legion (yep, the “bad guys doing good”). We’re the kind of family that loves dressing up as Jawas, causing mischief at events, and watching Darth Vader, aka my partner, command every room he walks into. From hospital visits to charity events and comic cons, we put on our helmets, and robes to bring smiles, raise funds, and, of course, introduce a new generation to the magic of sci-fi.
Let’s face it, not every geek wants to walk around wearing a big, bold movie franchise logo. We get it. You want to show your fandom with style. Subtle. Clever. That’s where our idea was born: movie-inspired colour palette designs.
Five Colours. One Story.
Each of our designs is based on just five tones, carefully selected from the most iconic scenes or posters of legendary films. Yes, we watch every single movie. We pause. Rewind. Zoom in. And hand-pick the shades that carry the emotion, mood, and magic of that scene.
Why not use Pantone? Simple. We’re not here to sell swatches, we’re here to capture the soul of the movie.
Some palettes tell a story through the order of the colours, you can read the poster if you know what you’re looking at. Others are based on black-and-white films, where we dive into the grayscale and introduce unique poster-inspired elements to keep them fresh and full of character.
Every design is a quiet nod to your favourite movie. Not loud merch, just elegant geekness.
